Privacy Policy

Who we are
Nightcap is operated by ITP 360 LLC ("we"). This policy covers the Nightcap mobile app and nightcap.love.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The display name you choose.
- A one-way hash of your password (Argon2id). We never store the password itself.
- What you and your partner enter in the app: reward names, point values, dates, notes, and the history of points earned and redeemed.
What we do not collect
No location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or analytics trackers. We do not sell or share your data, and we show no ads.
Who can see your data
Only you and the one partner you pair with. We access stored data only to operate the service, to answer a support request, or when the law requires it.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS.
- Passwords are stored with Argon2id.
- Session tokens are stored only as hashes.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or follow the steps on the account deletion page. Your account and sign-in sessions are removed immediately. If your partner has also left, all shared data for the couple is deleted with it. Nothing is kept in backups longer than 30 days.

Nightcap is intended for adults 18 and over.
