Delete your account

Two ways out. Both are final.

In the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm.

It takes effect immediately.

Can't get into the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 7 days and write back when it's done. The address is on the support page.

What happens to your shared jar

If your partner is still using Nightcap, the shared menu, points and history stay with them. Once both partners have left, the couple's rewards, points and history are deleted too.

Backups

Nothing is kept in backups longer than 30 days.
